PROJECT INTERN - The Clark Company
The Clark Company would like to hire an intern for the rest of the summer to assist on a project that involves a capital upgrade / redesign program for a ten acre first class office condominium park on the North Shore that is approx. 30 years old. The scope of work would involve drafting an AutoCAD plan of existing site conditions and a ten year staggered revitalization proposal. There will be numerous components involved including: reconfiguration of existing irrigation system, soil conditioning, fertilization, transplanting, arbor maintenance program, etc. There is a landscape maintenance company that services the park, so the duties may also include coordinating and supervising implementation of work. Landscape Account Manager - Southeastern Massachusetts
This Landscape Company is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager. As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide the highest quality of care to your residential and commercial customers resulting in customer retention and greater profitability. You must be able to manage all facets of the customer relationship including enhancement sales, job estimating/quoting, contract specifications, job budgets, collections, and customer complaint/resolution.
To be considered for this position you must be a professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience as a Landscape Account Manager as described above. We require extensive horticulture knowledge with plant identification. You must posses a strong ability to lead, train and support a production team. A strong work ethic, ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast paced environment is critical. Customer service experience in the green industry and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. You must have proficiency with computer software and understanding and managing financial information.

Landscape Construction Positions - ZEN Associates - Woburn
Landscape Construction Analyst: We have an opening for an experienced landscape construction analyst.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have at least 3 to 5 years of landscape construction estimating management in a similar role
- Have strong working knowledge of landscape construction techniques and production rates
- Be able to write with proper grammar and converse with clients on the phone regarding their projects
- Be organized and eager to learn
- Be motivated and be a self starter
- Be experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Be familiar with QuickBooks Contractor Enterprise Edition
Responsibilities and Tasks to Include:
- Preparing project packages for construction that include all relevant data to complete the project
- Producing accurate periodic, weekly, or bi-weekly billing for multiple projects, based on data from the field and from contracts
- Producing periodic, weekly, or monthly project reports so that management can be aware of each project’s status
- Tracking landscape construction projects from the estimate through completion
- Tracking the contracts of suppliers and subcontractors from beginning to the end of each contract
- Coding all expenses to the correct areas of each project to track progress
- Preparing and processing change orders and track time + materials billing
- Interfacing with the Accounting department to ensure accuracy or progress revenue billing for each period
- Resolving all billing issues for construction projects
- Maintaining paperwork for all construction projects in construction binders for future reference
- Possess a Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business, Accounting or Construction.
