BSLA Workshop -
Targeting your Firm's Market, Mission and Message
BAGB offices
700 Congress Street, Suite 203
Quincy, MA
This workshop will target landscape architects, firm owners, managers, and anyone responsible for marketing and sales.
Let’s face it. In this economy, firms cannot afford to make mistakes in marketing themselves. And the first mistake firms often make in desperate times is abandoning their brand strategy in favor of trying to appear to be everything to everyone.
In today’s crowded and competitive residential landscape design market, the firm that tries to sell itself as being everything to everyone is destined to fail. Those that have risen to the top have done so by marketing themselves to a distinct audience, which they are best suited to serve by virtue of their experience, their philosophy and culture.
In this interactive workshop, we will discuss the steps a firm can take to better understand its natural brand proposition, develop messages that clearly and consistently communicate the firm’s unique value, and examine and critique various marketing tools for their effectiveness in delivering that message to key audiences.
Workshop Presenter
